You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order – no reason required.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

How to return

2. After approval, we’ll email you a DHL return label

3. Repackage the item carefully

4. Drop off the parcel at any DHL location

Return Shipping

Returns are free of charge – SerrBeauty covers the shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method – usually within 10 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 2–5 days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
