This website is operated by SerrBeauty Germany. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SerrBeauty Germany. By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you are using our service and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Conditions
By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age or have the consent of a legal guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Any violation of the terms will result in the immediate termination of your services.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a legally binding offer. Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase contract. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.
4. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by our shipping partners, usually DHL, to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and destination.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. For details and exceptions, please refer to our cancellation policy.
6. Returns
We cover the return shipping costs. After your return request, you will receive a DHL return label from us. Please pack the goods securely and return them to:

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We accept no liability for indirect damages, especially loss of profit, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
11. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Hannover, provided this is legally permissible.
